Your 14-day cancellation right
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and, for customers in the EU and Ireland, the EU Consumer Rights Directive). The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive your goods. After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item. You’ll then receive a full refund of the order value including the standard outbound delivery cost; the cost of returning the item is yours unless stated otherwise.
How to register a return
Email our customer service with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract. You may use the model cancellation form if you prefer. We’ll confirm receipt and send you the return instructions and address.
Conditions
- The item is complete, unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.
- We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
- We refund within 14 days of cancellation, once we’ve received the item back or you’ve provided proof of return.
- Any exceptions to the cancellation right (such as hygiene products with a broken seal) are stated clearly on the product page.
