What data we process
We process only the data needed to fulfil your order: name, address, email address and payment details (via our payment provider; we don’t store card details). We place analytics cookies only after your consent through the cookie banner.
Why and how long
Data is used for order handling, shipping, customer service and our legal record-keeping duty (retained for as long as the law requires). We never sell your data to third parties. Shipping partners receive only what they need to deliver your parcel.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. Email our customer service and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Customer service and recommendations may be supported by AI; you’ll be clearly informed when this is the case (EU AI Act).
