Ordering and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made through the payment methods offered. The contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.
Delivery
The expected delivery time is shown with each product and is a realistic maximum, not a marketing claim. If there’s a delay we’ll let you know proactively; if delivery exceeds 30 days you may cancel free of charge.
Warranty and complaints
All products carry the statutory conformity guarantee. We handle complaints within 14 days. If we can’t resolve things together, you can also turn to the European Commission’s ODR platform.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Your statutory consumer rights under UK and EU law remain unaffected.
